NJ CLE Requirements Coming Soon
The New Jersey Supreme Court has created an Ad Hoc Committee to evaluate continuing legal education. In May of 2008 the Committee delivered a report to the Court in which they recommended that the Court adopt a mandatory CLE requirement. Among other things, the Committee recommended that New Jersey attorneys be required to take 24 CLE credits every two years. The final report was released in December 2009.
The Supreme Court is accepting comments on the Committee report through September 15, 2008. CLE Boutique™ is closely monitoring these developments and we will adapt our site to support NJ MCLE requirements as soon as the regulations are adopted by the Court. See a copy of the final report here. |
